Yes, it is. You can downdoad files for free. If you choose option high speed, there will be a low fee.
Up to 200MB per file and can upload as many files as you want.
All files that are legal are allowed. Adult material is allowed too, but child pornography is not allowed.
There is no time limit, but files not downloaded for more than 30 days are automatically deleted in order to keep our hard drives clean.

No, we don't alter file content. What you upload is exactly what your recipient downloads.
To delete a file you uploaded you must click on "delete this file" on it's download page. When you're asked for a password, enter the password that was provided to you after the upload proccess. If you lost your removal code you can simply wait until the file expires so it will be automatically removed from our site.
We scan all uploaded files for viruses, but if you don't know the sender, then we don't recommend downloading or opening the file.
Once a file has been removed (or expired) from our servers, it is no longer accessible. The original sender would have to upload it again.
No, because not everyone wishes to share the files they upload with everyone else.
For every file you upload while signed in, there will be an entry in your "Sent Items" log. Just sign into your account, and click on the "Sent Items" link to the left. You can copy the links from your "Sent Items" log and forward them to your recipients via email, instant messenger, etc.
You can download unlimited times as you wish!

First, if you see a dialog box that asks "Do you wish to open this email?", you must click the "yes" button. Next, click "Show Images & Enable Links" in the upper right corner of your email window. Copy the link (which should look something like http://www.upcenter.com/file/xx-xxxxxxxxxx.html) and paste it into the address bar of a Non-AOL browser, such as Internet Explorer. This should allow you to download your file.
This can happen for several reasons: The file has been manually removed by the sender or a recipient using this page. The file violates UpEnter's Terms of Service, which prohibits the uploading of obscene, illegal, or copyrighted material.
